don’t write angry

my extended family are annoyed because i don’t spend time with them, but the last few times i’ve spent time with them i may as well not have been there. except for the random advice i get about a. my career failures b. my lack of income compared to my cousins c. how i look d. how i dress e. random other failings that have been relayed from my parents to the extended family network f. where is my boyfriend
i’m not sure what is expected of me. if you want to be friends with me be friends with me. if you want to be a pain in my side, leave me alone. and other angry thoughts not fit for daytime blogging.
whatever.
could not agree more. I am quite happy for people to disapprove or be gravely disappointed from a distance. Anything more than thirty kilometres is fine.
